Our Structure

RA Consulting employs an associate structure which ensures that assignments are resourced only with experienced professionals who have the requisite skill, experience and track record necessary to address your particular requirements. By employing this structure, overhead costs are minimised and hence our consultancy services and solutions are offered on a more competitive basis.

Our associates are selected predominantly from among the former ‘Big 5’ consultancy practices and we use only experienced, senior professionals, whose knowledge and expertise has been gained in both industry and consultancy. When planning and resourcing any assignment, consultant CVs are provided to clients for review and consideration in advance of project commencement.
