Elements include team development, identification of individual/team strengths, productivity enhancement, performance improvement, recognition, reward and sustaining high performance.

  • Managing Time & Stress Reduction

    As a failure to promote effective time and stress management not only reduces productivity but may also lead to vicarious liability claims, this course is designed to mitigate risk and enhance organisational performance. Elements include positive thinking, ‘exhausters’, ‘energisers’, ‘dynamic energy’ and how to simultaneously attain personal goals and work-life balance.

  • Emotional Intelligence

    Reflecting greater sophistication in employer expectations and employees’ intrinsic needs, this course aims to promote personal growth while simultaneously supporting organisational productivity. Participants complete an emotional intelligence questionnaire while needs based learning/reflection addresses areas including self-awareness, assertiveness, problem solving, stress management, individual and team development, etc.

  • Command Skills

    Vital within any organisation, command skills are necessary to support action planning and the achievement of strategic goals/objectives. Participants develop the confidence necessary to: ‘step up’, plan, engage and drive the achievement of results.   • Communicating with Direct Reports

    As a foundation for establishing trust and productivity improvement, this course in ‘communicating with direct reports’ supports team development by promoting effective coaching, one-to-one and team communications.     In emphasising the importance of brand reputation, consumer trust, organisational culture and leadership responsibilities, this programme promotes a clear understanding of ethical responsibilities and compliance requirements. Elements include: ethical responsibilities, consumer and public expectations, ethical dilemmas and pressure for results, conflicts of interest, gifts and gratuities, organisational culture and ethical compliance, etc.
